A native of Harlem and the youngest of four children, Gail, notably known to most as "FLY GAIL" (mostly because of her keen eye of the latest trends and fashions) was well-known in the community for being a peacekeeper and protector. She serviced the community in a vast capacity. If she wasn't volunteering her services to the youth in the community by taking them on weekly outings, she was feeding the homeless and caring for the less fortunate. She also planned and prepared annual senior citizen dinners with live entertainment, free of charge, for eight consecutive years.  She enjoyed planning over-the-top birthday parties and celebrations with plenty of dancing.  Her legacy lives on as a Superhero, who was a tender, gentle, supportive, independent woman, and stressed success no matter the circumstances or financial status.
